What's actually in the hidden compartment — and is it watertight?

The base of the bottle unscrews to reveal a separate 200ml storage compartment, sealed off from the main water chamber. It's meant for snacks, keys, cash, or small valuables — not liquid — so keep the water in the main chamber and dry items in the compartment.

Will the hidden compartment leak into my bag?

The bottle's lids are leak-proof and BPA-free, and the hidden compartment is a separate sealed section from the drinking chamber, so normal carrying and tilting won't cause cross-contamination between the two.

How long does it keep drinks cold?

Up to 24 hours cold or 12 hours hot, from the double-wall vacuum insulation — same performance as the rest of the range, plus the storage compartment.

What lid styles are available?

Magnetic chug lid, infuser lid, side-hung chug handle, top-hung straw lid, or the 2-in-1 straw-and-chug combo.

Is it easy to clean, including the compartment?

Lids are top-rack dishwasher safe. Hand-wash the stainless steel body and wipe out the storage compartment with a damp cloth — since it holds dry items rather than liquid, it doesn't need the deep clean the main chamber does.

What's it best used for?

Hikers and travellers use the compartment for a house key or cash; parents use it for a spare hair tie, plaster, or emergency snack. It's built around the idea that you shouldn't need a separate bag for the small stuff.

South Africa: Free shipping on orders over R1,000. Orders under R1,000 ship for a flat R150. Delivery takes 3-7 business days from dispatch.

International: We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout, and delivery takes 7-21 business days from dispatch depending on destination and customs. Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a change of mind. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at the customer's cost. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Gift cards, final sale items and personalised or custom-made products can't be returned.
