Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days — we'll notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

We offer free shipping on domestic orders over R1000. For orders under R1000, a flat shipping fee of R150 applies. Estimated delivery time within South Africa is 3-7 business days from dispatch.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Estimated delivery time for international orders is 7-21 business days from dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
