How does the “spot it, stick it” game actually work?

The bottle comes with an animal-spotting sticker mechanic built in — kids spot an animal on their travels, then stick the matching sticker onto their bottle. It turns a long road trip or game drive into a running game rather than a screen-time negotiation.

Do the stickers damage the bottle or wash off?

They're designed to stay put through normal use and wipe-downs. If you want to reset the bottle for a new trip, stickers can be gently peeled off without affecting the powder-coated finish underneath.

What lid options come with it?

Magnetic chug lid, infuser lid, side-hung chug lid handle, top-hung straw lid, or a 2-in-1 straw-and-chug combo — all leak-proof, BPA-free and top-rack dishwasher safe.

How long does it keep drinks cold?

Up to 24 hours cold or 12 hours hot, thanks to double-wall vacuum insulation — it'll outlast a full day of game viewing.

Is it dishwasher safe?

The lids are top-rack dishwasher safe. We recommend hand-washing the stainless steel body to protect the powder coat and any sticker placements.

What age is this designed for?

It's built for kids old enough to travel and pay attention on a game drive or road trip — roughly school-age and up — but the 530ml size and straw/chug lid options work well for teens and adults too.

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (not shipped on weekends or public holidays).

South Africa: Free shipping on orders over R1,000. Orders under R1,000 ship for a flat R150. Delivery takes 3-7 business days from dispatch.

International: We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout, and delivery takes 7-21 business days from dispatch depending on destination and customs. Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a change of mind. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at the customer's cost. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Gift cards, final sale items and personalised or custom-made products can't be returned.

Payment: Full payment is taken at the time you place your pre-order, the same as any other order.

Orders with mixed items: If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order items, we will hold your full order until the pre-order item arrives and ship everything together. Combining your items into a single shipment helps us keep shipping costs down.

Changes and cancellations: You may request to cancel a pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before it ships. Once a pre-ordered item has shipped, our standard Refund Policy applies.

Delays: Occasionally a pre-order may take longer than expected to arrive due to factors outside our control, such as production delays, customs, or shipping disruptions. If this happens, we'll contact you with an update, and you'll always have the option to cancel for a full refund.
