Our Policy

We want you to love your Traveltrinkets gear. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a change of mind. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at contact@traveltrinkets.co with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm your return and provide instructions for sending the item back to us.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at contact@traveltrinkets.co if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards, final sale or clearance items, and personalised or custom-made products. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Your Rights Under the Consumer Protection Act

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under South Africa's Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, including your right to return defective goods.
