Do the two cups clip onto the flask, or come separately?

They're designed to travel with the flask as a set — pour a hot or cold drink into a cup each and you've got an instant shared moment on the trail, at the game reserve gate, or on a long drive.

How long does it actually keep drinks hot or cold?

Up to 24 hours hot or 48 hours cold — noticeably longer than the rest of the range, which is why we built it around double-wall vacuum insulation and a no-drip pouring spout for exactly this kind of extended trip.

Is it a flask or a water bottle — can I put fizzy drinks or soup in it?

It's built as a hot/cold beverage flask (coffee, tea, soup, cold drinks) with a no-drip spout for controlled pouring into the cups. We wouldn't recommend carbonated drinks in any sealed vacuum flask, ours included — pressure build-up can make it difficult to open.

What finish options are available?

Vibrant full-body printed or elegant laser-engraved, in grey or green — the laser-engraved finish is a popular pick as a gift.

How do I clean it?

Hand-wash the stainless steel body and cups; avoid abrasive scourers on the powder-coated or laser-engraved finish. The pouring spout mechanism should be rinsed after use, especially with milky or sugary drinks.

Is 1.2L enough for a full day out?

For sharing hot drinks on a game drive or road trip, most customers find it covers a morning session comfortably for two to three people — top it up at a stop for a full day.

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (not shipped on weekends or public holidays).

South Africa: Free shipping on orders over R1,000. Orders under R1,000 ship for a flat R150. Delivery takes 3-7 business days from dispatch.

International: We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout, and delivery takes 7-21 business days from dispatch depending on destination and customs. Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a change of mind. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at the customer's cost. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Gift cards, final sale items and personalised or custom-made products can't be returned.

Payment: Full payment is taken at the time you place your pre-order, the same as any other order.

Timing: Where shown, arrival estimates are our best guess based on supplier and shipping information, and are not guaranteed.

When you'll hear from us: We will email you as soon as your pre-ordered product has landed with us and your order has been packed and handed over for shipping. You do not need to contact us to check on this.

Orders with mixed items: If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order items, we will hold your full order until the pre-order item arrives and ship everything together. Combining your items into a single shipment helps us keep shipping costs down.

Changes and cancellations: You may request to cancel a pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before it ships. Once a pre-ordered item has shipped, our standard Refund Policy applies.

Delays: Occasionally a pre-order may take longer than expected to arrive due to factors outside our control, such as production delays, customs, or shipping disruptions. If this happens, we'll contact you with an update, and you'll always have the option to cancel for a full refund.
