Is this for me or my dog — the product name is a bit ambiguous?

Deliberately so — it's a 950ml water bottle for you, with two hidden compartments (270ml and 240ml) that double as a portable water bowl and treat/lead storage for your dog on hikes and walks. Most customers use it for both: hydration on the trail, plus everything you need for a walk in one bottle.

Are the hidden compartments watertight?

They're sealed separately from the main drinking chamber and designed for dry storage (leads, treats, keys, snacks) rather than liquid — the lids on the main bottle are what's rated leak-proof and BPA-free.

How long does it keep drinks cold?

Up to 24 hours cold or 12 hours hot, from the double-wall vacuum insulation.

Can I actually give my dog water from the compartments?

Customers use one compartment as a fold-out bowl for on-the-go water breaks — just rinse it out afterwards since it's a dry-storage compartment rather than a dishwasher-rated bowl.

What colours does it come in?

Black or white, both with the durable powder-coated finish.

How do I clean it?

Lids are top-rack dishwasher safe; hand-wash the stainless steel body and wipe out both compartments with a damp cloth between uses.

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (not shipped on weekends or public holidays).

South Africa: Free shipping on orders over R1,000. Orders under R1,000 ship for a flat R150. Delivery takes 3-7 business days from dispatch.

International: We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout, and delivery takes 7-21 business days from dispatch depending on destination and customs. Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a change of mind. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at the customer's cost. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Gift cards, final sale items and personalised or custom-made products can't be returned.
