Will the shaker mechanism actually blend a smoothie or just protein powder?

It's built with an integrated screw-on agitator for smooth, effortless mixing — it excels at protein shakes, powders, and pre-workout, and handles thinner smoothie mixes well too. For very fibrous whole-fruit blends, a proper blender will still do a finer job, but for gym-bag mixing it's built exactly for this.

Is the agitator easy to clean, or does residue get stuck in it?

The agitator screws off for cleaning, and the lid is top-rack dishwasher safe. We'd recommend rinsing it straight after use, especially with protein powder, so nothing dries onto the mesh before it gets a proper wash.

How do I open it one-handed at the gym?

The chug lid has a quick-access 90-degree twist opening, and the wide ergonomic handle is designed to make it easy to grip and carry between sets.

What are the two base storage compartments for?

Handy for a spare gym key, a pre-measured second scoop of powder, or supplements — dry storage only, separate from the main shaker chamber.

How long does it keep drinks cold?

Up to 16 hours cold or 12 hours hot, from the double-wall vacuum insulation — enough to keep a pre-mixed shake cold through a full gym session and commute home.

Is it made of the same stainless steel as the rest of the range?

Yes — 18/8 food-grade stainless steel with a durable powder-coated finish, so it holds up to daily gym-bag knocks.

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (not shipped on weekends or public holidays).

South Africa: Free shipping on orders over R1,000. Orders under R1,000 ship for a flat R150. Delivery takes 3-7 business days from dispatch.

International: We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout, and delivery takes 7-21 business days from dispatch depending on destination and customs. Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a change of mind. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at the customer's cost. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Gift cards, final sale items and personalised or custom-made products can't be returned.
